To Achieve a Stronger Report on Identifying the State of Rule of Law in Iraq
The Investigators Organization for the Rule of Law (IOL), within the framework of the “Strengthening the Rule of Law in Iraq” project in partnership with the Norwegian organization (NPA), organized an intensive three-day Training of Trainers (TOT) for representatives of member organizations of the Maff Rights Network. This course ran for three days from September 8-10, 2025 in the city of Erbil, and aimed to enhance participants’ capacities in preparing the annual monitoring report on the rule of law in Iraq.
The training content focused on improving writing techniques, research methodologies, and report drafting methods with the purpose of developing justice and establishing the foundations of the rule of law in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
